 ride. At the same time\, the country bears the scars of a turbulent past\,
  including the transatlantic slave trade. This complex heritage continues 
 to resonate in society. "Benin Now" presents the work of five artists who 
 reflect this layered history and spiritual legacy in their creations: Tchi
 f Tchiakpe\, Sanda Amadou\, Marcel Kpoho\, Sébastien Boko\, and Elise Tok
 oudagba.
