AKAA Paris: A Global Stage for African Art

AKAA (Also Known As Africa) Paris is an art fair dedicated to contemporary art and design from Africa. It's a platform that showcases a diverse range of African art, from traditional works to modern and contemporary pieces. The fair includes art from African artists as well as those of the diaspora, providing a broad perspective on African creativity. AKAA Paris is not just an exhibition; it is an event that includes talks, presentations, and other activities aimed at fostering dialogue about African art and its place in the global art scene. It brings together artists, collectors, galleries, and enthusiasts to celebrate and promote African art in the heart of Paris.

AKAA is excited to present our upcoming edition, which returns to the Carreau du Temple, in the heart of Paris. With 39 international galleries and more than 100 artists from all over the world, AKAA has become, in six editions, an event not to be missed for collectors, art professionals and amateurs of contemporary art.

Participating artists: Benjamin Deguenon, Bouvy Enkobo, Jonathan Vatunga, Sanda Amadou
